• Mindset Martial Arts is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during training, whether in-person, online, or through recorded content.

• Follow all safety instructions and respect coaches, staff, and other members.
• Not misuse the app, including by uploading harmful content, spamming, or attempting unauthorized access.

4. Memberships, Payments, and Refunds

• Memberships, class packages, or subscriptions must be paid in full or through agreed recurring billing.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your membership or subscription according to the cancellation policy provided at signup.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the community.
