How Toxic Can Bullying Be?

In the short answer,

VERY.

Let's face it, getting picked on is not fun whether we are kids or even as adults.

That rude uncle that always has something to say, the boss who is an entitled jerk, and it pains me to say this, imagine it's someone that you're in a romantic relationship with.

And this is us as adults.

It can all start from when we're kids. There are so many studies that have shown how devastating bullying can be for kids.

Depression anxiety are just a few.

Nowadays bullying can be way more mental and verbal than physical.

But the good news is there is hope.

The number one solution to bullying throughout any stage of your life is this.

Can you guess?

Confidence.

When you Believe In yourself it doesn't matter what anyone thinks or says because you've proven to yourself what you're capable of.

Which leads me to the next question?

How do you build confidence?

Another simple answer..

By starting something, committing to it and finishing it.

Is that simple? I encourage you to try it! It can be to write a story, create some art, run a lap around the park.

We have one of our members and if you're reading this you know I'm talking about you 😄, who has their daughters track how many push-ups they can do in a row.

It's also no surprise these kids are also winning gold medals in jiu jitsu tournaments.🏆

But without a doubt the real gold medal is ingraining in your children a belief system that through hard work and discipline they're capable of doing so much.

Here are some tips on how you can build your child's confidence.

Try this today.
Find something your kids could start to go to the park, have them run a lap around the park and time it.

Have them see how many push-ups they can do, record it and show it to them.

Take them rock climbing

Sign them up for some after-school sports.

Create a couple tasks to do around the house and then track them daily and then show them how consistent they've been.

And make sure to praise and encourage them all along the way!

This is the foundation of how we build iConfidence and it is a confidence that can be life changing and life directing!

That's why it's so important to get ahead of it early.
