I've been training for 6-7 years and have been an Assistant Coach for 8 years. I love helping others by keeping things simple, allowing them to flow through rolling and figure things out for themselves. I teach the older kids' class and emphasize that the journey is about mindfulness, going at your own pace, not worrying about others, and having fun while absorbing everything like a sponge—especially the main coach's teachings and paying extra attention to the details.
