Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu other wise know as (BJJ) is a  grappling martial art that uses techniques, which enables practitioners to subdue their opponents without the use of kicks or punches. This eliminates the need to use excessive force in real life self defense situations. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu emphasizes the use of leverage and technique over strength and power. The effectiveness of BJJ has been demonstrated in real life situations, military, special forces training, and in mix martial arts competitions such as the UFC.
