Women's Fitness

Our Women's Program is one of our most popular classes we offer. We offer a unique combination of circuit training and Kick boxing. Every class is different focusing on different themes for each class. Our goals is the help correct imbalances that arise for work at daily activity, Tone and tighten Arms Back and Legs, and Gain real fighting and self defense skills.
